Privacy policy
The present legal statute of the privacy policy (Regulations), is designed for Internet users (User) and is an additional rule applicable to the common Regulations and regulates the use of eseats.org (Web site), which is the property of the Unified Booking System.
Visiting the Web site does not request user’s personal information until User has decided to make an order on the Web site or subscribe to the newsletter. Children (persons under 18) are not allowed to use the Web site without adult’s supervision.
To buy or sell tickets it is necessary to provide the Web site with your personal information such as name, email address, phone number, etc. which is needed to process the further purchase (depending on chosen form: order in one step, step by step order form, ticket sales form). If User buys tickets to third parties, User should make sure in advance that all the other customers are agree to provide the Unified Booking System with this information.
Registration process
If User decides to become an authorized member of the Web site it will be necessary to provide the Unified Booking System with such information as name, phone number, email address, password, through the typing these data in a step by step form. This information is collected to identify User and to process orders. To the e-mail address will be sent order confirmation letters.
For convenience, after the registration process, based on the data, entered by User on the Web site, an online User profile will be created.
The Unified Booking System does not transfer or sell or share personal information entered by User, as well as information about the User’s purchases through any form, and information provided by User by e-mail, or obtained by User’s phone calls on the public phone numbers of the Unified Booking System to the third parties without User’s consent.
The Unified Booking System will not use the e-mail address provided by User at registration for news, advertising or other distribution, if User does not give the consent during the order or mark this option on the Internet profile, and provide the third parties with it.
Cookies
Cookies — a small piece of data that is stored in User’s web browser when User visits a Web site. Cookies can only identify computer, not User. They retain some general information that recognizes User when he/she visits the Web site. Cookies are recognized by the server and can not install the software, spread viruses or collect personal information.
Any personal information with that User provides the web site, such as name, address, etc. is not collected and stored in a cookie. As a result, User’s personal information can not be disclosed to third parties.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but User can change the options of web browser, or use a special program that will control the User’s cookie settings. User can disable them or set up so that browser will alert him/her every time a new cookie is sent. The Unified Booking System supports User’s right to block any Internet activity, especially coming from suspicious web sites. But note that blocking cookies from the Web site, making it impossible to work with User’s order cart.
